• Orders will be shipped via Speed Services, unless circumstances prevent.
• Orders Shipped should arrive within 1-2 business days from the order date, if a delay should occur, please be patient and the order will arrive shortly.
• All deliveries are post office counter to counter only . Credit Card & Cash Deposit orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order (Please fax copy of all direct bank deposits with your order number as a reference). Cheque deposits are shipped within seven days of receipt of your order. Orders after Friday 12PM will be shipped Monday morning. Orders shipped should arrive within 1-2 business days from the order date. Orders will be shipped when all available items have been gathered. Items will not be shipped individually. CyberGames cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed.

Collections

• CyberGames will email tracking numbers to you. Parcels arrive after 11am at your post office. For a speedy service collect from Post Office Counter. Please call Speed Services Toll Free-0860 023 133 or checkout their website to see whether parcel has arrived.
